  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Zyxin around the phosphorylation site of serine 142 (K-V-SP-S-I).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    Zyxin (Phospho-Ser142) antibody detects endogenous levels of Zyxin only when phosphorylated at serine 142.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
