  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human TOP2A around the phosphorylation site of serine 1525 (L-E-E-SP-D).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against
    non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    TOP2A (Phospho-Ser1525) antibody detects endogenous levels of TOP2A only when phosphorylated at serine 1525.
