  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human RFA2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 33 (A-P-SP-Q-A).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    RFA2 (Phospho-Ser33) antibody detects endogenous levels of RFA2 only when phosphorylated at serine 33.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 91%, Positives = 91%);Rat (Identities = 91%, Positives = 91%)

  • Western blot analysis of extracts from 3T3 cells, treated with Adriamycin (0.5ug/ml, 24hours), using RFA2 (Phospho-Ser33) antibody.
    RFA2 (Phospho-Ser33) antibody reacts with epitope-specific phosphopeptide and corresponding non-phosphopeptide. The absorbance readings at 450 nM are shown in the ELISA figure.
