  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PAK5/6 around the phosphorylation site of serine 602/560 (R-K-SP-L-V).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    PAK5/6 (Phospho-Ser602/Ser560) antibody detects endogenous levels of PAK5/6 only when phosphorylated at serine 602/560.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
