  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Myb around the phosphorylation site of serine 532 (V-E-SP-P-T).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    Myb (Phospho-Ser532) antibody detects endogenous levels of Myb only when phosphorylated at serine 532.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 90%, Positives = 100%)

  • Applications:
