  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human EPB41 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 660/418 (N-I-YP-I-R).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    EPB41 (Phospho-Tyr660/418) antibody detects endogenous levels of EPB41 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 660/418.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
