  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Claudin 7 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 210 (S-K-E-YP-V).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody againstnon-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    Claudin 7 (Phospho-Tyr210) antibody detects endogenous levels of Claudin 7 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 210.
