  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human WWOX around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 33 (W-V-YP-Y-A).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    WWOX (Phospho-Tyr33) antibody detects endogenous levels of WWOX only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 33.

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
