The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human NMDAR2B around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1336 (S-P-YP-A-H).Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.Specificity/Sensitivity:
NMDAR2B (Phospho-Tyr1336) antibody detects endogenous levels of NMDAR2B only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1336.Reactivity:
