  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human VE-Cadherin around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 731 (H-I-YP-G-Y).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    VE-Cadherin (Phospho-Tyr731) antibody detects endogenous levels of VE-Cadherin only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 731.

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 92%, Positives = 100%)
