    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Retinoic Acid Receptor α around the phosphorylation site of serine 77 (P-P-SP-P-P).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody againstnon-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    Retinoic Acid Receptor α (Phospho-Ser77) antibody detects endogenous levels of Retinoic Acid Receptor α only when phosphorylated at serine 77.
