  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human IRF-3 around the phosphorylation site of serine 386 (A-S-SP-L-E).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    IRF-3 (Phospho-Ser386) antibody detects endogenous levels of IRF-3 only when phosphorylated at serine 386.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
