    The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PEK/PERK around the phosphorylation site of threonine 981 (R-H-TP-G-Q).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    PEK/PERK (Ab-981) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PEK/PERK protein.
