  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human p70 S6 Kinase β around the phosphorylation site of serine 423 (P-V-SP-P-L).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    p70 S6 Kinase β (Phospho-Ser423) antibody detects endogenous levels of p70 S6 Kinase β only when phosphorylated at serine 423.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 84%, Positives = 92%)
