  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human MLK1/2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 312/266 (A-G-TP-Y-A).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    MLK1/2 (Phospho-Thr312/266) antibody detects endogenous levels of MLK1/2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 312/266.

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
