  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human FLT3 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 842 (S-N-YP-V-V).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    FLT3 (Phospho-Tyr842) antibody detects endogenous levels of FLT3 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 842.

  • Reactivity:

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 84%, Positives = 100%)
