  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CaMK2-β/γ/δ around the phosphorylation site of threonine 287 (Q-E-TP-V-E).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    CaMK2-β/γ/δ (Phospho-Thr287) antibody detects endogenous levels of CaMK2-β/γ/δ only when phosphorylated at threonine 287.
