The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PDK1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 9 (Q-L-YP-D-A).Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.Specificity/Sensitivity:
PDK1 (Phospho-Tyr9) antibody detects endogenous levels of PDK1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 9.Reactivity:
