  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human MEK1 around the phosphorylation site of serine Ser218/222(I-D-SP-M-A).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    MEK1/2(Phospho-Ser218/222) antibody detects endogenous levels of MEK1(Phospho-Ser218) and MEK2(Phospho-Ser222).
