  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human MDM2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 186 and serine 188 (H-K-SP-D-SP-I-S).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    MDM2 (Phospho-Ser186+Ser188) antibody detects endogenous levels of MDM2 only when phosphorylated at serine 186 and serine 188.
