Other Names C-2K; cell division cycle 2-like protein kinase 4; cell division protein kinase 9; cyclin-dependent kinase 9; EC 2.7.11.22; EC 2.7.11.23; kinase Cdk9; PITALRE
All Sites Human: Thr186; Mouse: Thr186; Rat: Thr186
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CDK9 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 186 (R-Y-TP-N-R).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity CDK9 (Phospho-Thr186) antibody detects endogenous levels of CDK9 only when phosphorylated at threonine 186.
