Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human AurB around the phosphorylation site of threonine 232 (R-K-TP-M-C).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
