Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Ret around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 905 (D-S-YP-V-K).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Ret (Ab-905) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Ret protein.
