Other Names Alpha platelet-derived growth factor receptor precursor, CD140a, EC 2.7.10.1, PDGF-R-alpha, PDGFR-alpha, PGFRA, kinase PDGFR-alpha
All Sites Human: Tyr754; Mouse: Tyr754; Rat: Tyr753
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PDGFR α around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 754 (S-K-YP-S-D).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PDGFR α (Phospho-Tyr754) antibody detects endogenous levels of PDGFR α only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 754.
