Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HDAC3 around the phosphorylation site of serine 424 (K-E-SP-D-V).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
