The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GATA3 around the phosphorylation site of serine 308 (R-L-SP-A-A).Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.Specificity/Sensitivity:
GATA3 (Phospho-Ser308) antibody detects endogenous levels of GATA3 only when phosphorylated at serine 308.Reactivity:
