Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human FosB around the phosphorylation site of serine 27 (Y-L-SP-S-V).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
