Other Names ER, ESR, ESR1, ESTR, ESTRA, Estradiol receptor, Estrogen receptor, NR3A1
All Sites Human: Ser305; Mouse: Ser309
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Estrogen Receptor-α around the phosphorylation site of serine 305 (K-N-SP-L-A).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using
epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Estrogen Receptor-α (Phospho-Ser305) antibody detects endogenous levels of Estrogen Receptor-α only when phosphorylated at serine 305.
