Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Dematin around the phosphorylation site of serine 403 (K-A-SP-L-F).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Dematin (Ab-403) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Dematin protein.
