Other Names 3' phosphoinositide-interacting SH2 domain containing protein, B lymphocyte adapter protein BAM32, Bam32, Dual adaptor for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides 1, PHISH, dual adapter for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides
All Sites Human: Tyr139; Mouse: Tyr139
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human DAPP1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 139 (S-I-YP-E-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity DAPP1 (Phospho-Tyr139) antibody detects endogenous levels of DAPP1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 139.
