Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Catenin-δ1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 228 (D-N-YP-G-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Catenin-δ1 (Ab-228) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Catenin-δ1 protein.
