  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Cyclin E2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 392 (I-M-TP-P-P).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    Cyclin E2 (Phospho-Thr392) antibody detects endogenous levels of Cyclin E2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 392.

    Human (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%); Mouse (Identities = 100%, Positives = 100%)
