The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CDC25B around the phosphorylation site of serine 353 (R-R-SP-V-T).Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.Specificity/Sensitivity:
CDC25B (Phospho-Ser353) antibody detects endogenous levels of CDC25B only when phosphorylated at serine 353.Reactivity:
