Other Names CD136 antigen, CDW136, EC 2.7.10.1, MSP receptor, MST1R, Macrophage-stimulating protein receptor precursor, RON, STK, Stem cell-derived tyrosine kinase, kinase RON, p185-Ron
All Sites Human: Ser1394; Mouse: Ser1372
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CD136/RON around the phosphorylation site of serine 1394 (P-L-SP-E-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity CD136/RON (Phospho-Ser1394) antibody detects endogenous levels of CD136/RON only when phosphorylated at serine 1394.
