  • Immunogen:

    The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CaMK1-α around the phosphorylation site of threonine 177 (L-S-TP-A-C).

  • Purification:

    The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

  • Specificity/Sensitivity:

    CaMK1-α (Phospho-Thr177) antibody detects endogenous levels of CaMK1-α only when phosphorylated at threonine 177.
