Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Rb around the phosphorylation site of serine 811 (L-K-SP-P-Y).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Rb (Ab-811) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Rb protein.
