Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PKD1/PKC μ around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 463 (R-Y-YP-K-E).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
