Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Chk2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 383 (M-R-TP-L-C).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific immunogen.
