Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human BCL-XL around the phosphorylation site of threonine 47 (M-E-TP-P-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity BCL-XL (Ab-47) antibody detects endogenous levels of total BCL-XL protein.
