Other Names ADRB2R, B2AR, adrenergic receptor, beta-2, beta-2 adrenergic receptor
All Sites Human: Ser356+Ser355; Mouse: Ser356+Ser355
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Adrenergic Receptor B2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 355 and serine 356 (G-Y-SP-SP-N-G).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity Adrenergic Receptor B2 (Phospho-Ser355+Ser356) antibody detects endogenous levels of Adrenergic Receptor B2 only when phosphorylated at serine 355 and serine 356.
