Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PFKFB2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 483 (N-Y-SP-V-G).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PFKFB2 (Ab-483) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PFKFB2 protein.
