Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human YAP around the phosphorylation site of serine 127 (A-H-SP-S-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
