Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PP1-α around the phosphorylation site of threonine 320 (P-I-TP-P-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PP1-α (Ab-320) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PP1-α protein.
