Other Names EC 3.1.3.16, PP-1A, PP1A, PPP1A, Serine/threonine protein phosphatase PP1-alpha 1 catalytic subunit, Serine/threonine protein phosphatase PP1-alpha 1, catalytic subunit
All Sites Human: Thr320; Mouse: Thr320; Rat: Thr320
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PP1-α around the phosphorylation site of threonine 320 (P-I-TP-P-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PP1-α (Phospho-Thr320) antibody detects endogenous levels of PP1-α only when phosphorylated at threonine 320.
