Form Or Antibody

Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human PKD1/2/3/PKC μ around the phosphorylation site of serine 744 and serine 748 (E-K-SP-F-R-R-SP-V-V).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Specificty Sensitivity

Specificity/Sensitivity PKD1/2/3/PKC μ (Ab-744/748) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PKD1/2/3/PKC μ protein.
