Other Names astrocytic phosphoprotein PEA-15; PE15; PEA15; PED; phosphoprotein enriched in diabetes
All Sites Human: Ser104; Mouse: Ser104; Rat: Ser104
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PEA-15 around the phosphorylation site of serine 104(I-P-SP-A-K).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PEA-15 (Phospho-Ser104) antibody detects endogenous levels of PEA-15 only when phosphorylated at serine 104.
