Other Names EC 2.7.11.1, Gamma-PAK, P21-activated kinase 2, PAK 2, PAK-2, PAK65, PAKI, S6/H4 kinase, kinase PAK2, p21-activated kinase 2, p21-activated protein kinase I
All Sites Human: Ser20; Mouse: Ser20; Rat: Ser20
Storage/Stability Store at -20℃/1 year
Form Or Antibody
Form of Antibody Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PAK2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 20 (M-S-SP-T-I).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity PAK2 (Phospho-Ser20) antibody detects endogenous levels of PAK2 only when phosphorylated at serine 20.
