Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Doublecortin around the phosphorylation site of serine297 (A-K-SP-P-G).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
