Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human BLNK around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 96 (D-S-YP-E-P).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
