Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human ALK around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1507(P-T-YP-G-S).
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Specificty Sensitivity
Specificity/Sensitivity ALK (Ab-1507) antibody detects endogenous levels of total ALK protein.
